10/25/24: Oceamo ICP Test Back

Got back my Oceamo MS ICP test. Interesting deficiencies!

Here are my current tank readings:

NO3: 4.7
PO4: 0.07

I stopped by one of my LFS who sells all of the moonshiner elements. Going to get that started today and see how quickly I can see changes!

11/14/24: New Acros Received!

WOW! Pictures don't do any of these acros justice! The Rainbow Splice Milli is really something else! All corals were received and in good shape!

11/14/24: New Fish.
Added a Foxface Lo. I'm currently battling an ulva outbreak during the 'ugly' stage. Doesn't do anything to the corals, but is most definitely growing fast. I purchased him from Aquariumfishdepot.com and had a broken bag upon arrival, but managed to warm him back up and get him into the tank after almost losing him on delivery. Poor guy was in about a half inch of water after what looks like a popped bag due to his dorsal spines. He's now completely revived and looks to be the new tank alpha.

I also ordered a Royal Gramma to put into my 20g nano, but that poor guy didn't make it. Definitely got too cold. AFD was amazing in responding to the MIA and has completely compensated me on that loss. Can't say enough about their customer service being top notch!

FTS with a bit of afternoon glare. Hopefully I can get this ulva gone soon!

Foxface looks great. Hopefully your battle goes easier than the one I had on my last tank. Mine took a lot of manual labor to get under control.

It grows insanely fast. Doing a good job keeping nutrients under control though.

Also installed the Reef Brite LumiLite Pro Ultra Actinic as a supplemental light to the T5's. Definitely helped with the blue spectrum! Still battling the ulva outbreak, but the new foxface and the Tomini are doing some major work in keeping it mowed down!

Yes it's gone - now battling other various forms of algae and cyano as the tank finds balance.

12/13/24: New SBB Corals from Black Friday
Some of these are going in my nanos, but had a nice haul from @SBB Corals during their black friday sale.

I'm also adding a UV Sterilizer next week to battle some of the dino/algae issues currently ongoing. Pictures to come after today's water change and more once the corals arrive.
