Hi,
Newish to sps. I had an issue with over dosing my alkalinity about a month ago while I was on vacation. It damaged a few of my newer frags. They now have a bit of GHA on them. I dipped one in coral rx pro and the gha remains.

Anything else I can try? Should I just let them be?

Advice is appreciated!

The spots where you have GHA are dead. It won't grow on living tissue. You can frag it off, or wait to see if it grows back. Here's one of mine that I saved.

What type of SPS is this? It's the first one I've seen that I actually like
I've always assumed it was a Green Slimer. I bought it some time ago as a bleached out $10 no-name coral from a LFS. It had a bit of die-off in my 40g, so I fragged it up and put it in my 120. Very tough coral.

Started out as this:

Beautiful recovery. What did you do to save it from the gha?

Just kept it healthy. Great lighting, flow, good water, etc. My 40g is in the process of being redone, as it is crashing, so I saved what I could and put it in the 120g tank.
