With good light any sps will go in the sand. I let the small pieces other people call frags hit the sand. The turn into mini colonies way faster rolling in sand than a frag plug. Have no clue what par is. But I have 8 bulb ATI, 2- 4 foot 50/50 reefbrites, and 2- 4 foot blue reef brites alk XHO hanging around 14 inch off the water, around 30-35 " off the sand bottom. Some corals may change color.Any chance you could tell me if any of these will do well more towards the bottom in lower par? Only have a couple spots free in my tank. Thanks
