These two survived a Dip-X. Good or bad? Should I put them in the tank or discard?

They are both the Micro brittle stars and good for your tank. The upper one just reproduce by splitting recently and had not grown its legs back yet.

Great. I put them in. And great to know they reproduce by splitting. Maybe they will create a colony of a new clean up crew. :) Thanks for the info.

I started with one hitchhiker about 5 or 6 months ago now from a frag. I have seen at least 4 now but I would assume there is more in the rocks. You should have more in no time provided they have enough food.
