Started my own copepod and phyto culture and was wondering when it harvest/collect

I started my copepod breeding and phyto culture setup a couple days ago. I'm using a couple 2 gallon water dispenser things to do the breeding and cultures in. I had a couple questions about when to know they're ready.

• How long does it take for copepods to reproduce and when should I be harvesting them?
• Are there any indicators that my phyto has been reproducing and is ready to collect?

I went with the Tig Pods and the OceanMagik Live 4 species phyto.
