Since my other thread of this is ancient and i couldnt even find it i thought i would start a new thread for my 5.5g.

-32watt PC 50/50 bulb
-40watt(capable) ballast

7-8lbs of aragonite

LOL, ive actually got over 50 polyps of the half closed single polyp in the pic there in my 33g. I still havent got a good picture of it yet. :D

Yeah i wasnt planning on doing the xenia thing, but i wen ton vacaion for a couple of days and the xenia fell onto the back wall and detached and moved up the wall, but oh well. I think it looks cool.

I like the idea of gsp on the back wall. I just aquired some and glued it to the back wall of my 33g a couple days ago. :hammer:

i definitely want to add one when i set up a frag tank. that fish looks awesome!! are they any fun to keep?

Yeah they are........... especially when you feed em' damsels!! hehe :hammer:

but yeah they are an excellent conversation piece.... :D

hehe yeah. i was just thinking about how people said long term live food for lionfish was bad for them. just wondered if it was the same for frogfish

Well feeding lionfish, freshwater guppies is probably bad for their health. Most people do it that way. Now out in the wild the lionfish probably eat damsels and other small fish more suitable for their diet. But, that probably gets to expensive for most people. I see no wrong in giving the frogfish ghost shrimp and a damsel treat once in a while when it is their diet in the first place....IMO

lol thats awesome... now i want one more. feeding frozen food can get boring sometimes.. keep us updated with more pics! feeding video would be awesome..:D
