okay so I've read so many threads on dinos.

my current parameters are
.05 po4
5 nitrate
1.025 salinity
8.5 alk
430 calcium

I have been dosing mb7 and seachem pristine on opposing days. I run uv sterilizer at night (free floating dinos). my lights arent on that strong (250 par at the top of the tank)

I did a blackout a few weeks ago. I dosed hydrogen peroxide during that time.

I clean the tank daily and remove filter floss.

still cannot for the life of me figure out why I haven't seen a reduction in dinos despite this.

it hasn't been a short amount of time either. I know this can take a while to figure out, but I assumed by now I would have less buildup. they seem a bit less stringy now, but that's about it.

any advice would be appreciated. I'm not defeated, but just hate having to clean like crazy daily.
Your somewhat there but missing steps and skip the pristine which is a binder and will do nothing the the flagellate cells.
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles. Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15% IF you have light dependant corals) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off. During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as Micro bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons. Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX

okay here are some photos of the dinos under the microscope. let me know if anyone needs better pictures.
Probably need a better trained eye or closer picture of the dinos. But I feel like I can see the hook on the front, if those are hooks, likely large cell

This is what was suggested and I did for mine with one minor change.

During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly

Only thing I did differently from what was suggested is I dosed peroxide every twelve hours even if lights were on.
Curious as to why you recommended dosing bacteria during the day?

@vetteguy53081 was the one that actually sent me this, and it worked wonderfully. 5 days and no more Dinos. My NO3 and Po4 are on the rise also. I took out the GFO and just running carbon.

I actually cleaned my tank every day moving around the sandbed and turkey-basting all the rocks also.

It competes with the bad bacteria which is active during the day

How high of flow do you allow in that UV sterilizer? Are you letting flow pass through it at a high rate? Sometimes, that's the issue I see with most people who still have dinos when running a UV Sterilizer. Otherwise, here's the method I use to get rid of Dinos in 6-8 days:
