Okay got a new one. Caught this guy in a cave in my rock work. Live rock is from KP Aquatics. First I’ve ever seen anything like this. About 1 inch all scrunched up, 2-3 when stretched out.

It’s a very slow mover. This is the entire worm (easily sucked up by a turkey baster)

If it helps, it is extremely reactive to bright light after being left alone.

I’m likely going to discard it just to be on the safe side
It's a peanut worm. The poor thing.
They can come in a variety of markings.

Yeah, peanut worm, they like to hide in dark crevices, they tend to filter feed or eat dead stuff off of the rocks and substrate, if you haven’t thrown it out already they are pretty interesting critters and it wouldn’t hurt to try and keep him around.

Heh, it’s neat that you’ve still got him, they’re real interesting little critters to be honest but they’re unfortunately just basically just not available for purchase whatsoever (Well, gulf specimens does have a listing for one type but iirc it’s out of stock anyway)
edit: turns out gulf specimen’s isn‘t out of stock.
