I finally drilled a hole in one of my outside brick walls in order to get a fresh air return to my skimmer. I had opened the windows in my walkout basement a couple weeks ago when it was cooler and noticed a significant increase in ph. I’ve dosed and dosed prior to raise with no real success, now that I have a new fresh air line ran from two out of the four monster pumps on my skimmer, I’ve already noticed a big increase on ph. Im trying to do this whiteout running a scrubber since my last tank was always stable. My new tanks skimmer is just insanely big and I think it’s just starving. Wish me luck in the next few days of hopefully seeing 8.3 finally

It is routed under my back deck and I’m thinking about making some type of strainer with charcoal in it
