None, don't dose anything you can't test for.
Main things to keep under check are
Salinity, temp, alk, cal, mag.

Common acceptance range are:
Salinity 1.021-1.026
Temp 76-82
Alk 7-10 dog
Cal 420-480
Mag 1200-1500

Bulk reef supply has good products.
Alk: if pH on your tank runs high use baking soda, if pH on tank runs low use soda ash.
Cal: cal carbonate
Mag: mixture of mag chloride and sulphate.

make sure that 18 dkh reading/testing is correct first. once confirmed just do some large water changes to bring it down.
