I really like how these lights turned out. That's such a clean build. Do you have any more photos or details on how they were built?
Will PM you what I just sent someone else

no more than 2 months left of this tank. Right now, all my equipment is acting up. Skimmer, the air flow cap broken. Had to jury rig the air intake to get it working. If I shut down the power heads to do a water change, I have to insert something into the blade part to try to get it spinning again. 2 out of the 3 powerheads. The remote for the marine orbit powerheads is also flakey! Think the universe is telling me it is new tank time?

so no more water changes until close to needing some of that old water for new tank.

algae still gone but battling cyano. Nitrates are 10-20 and po5 at .05 Will test tonight

So it has been nearly a year since I rebooted this tank and finally except for some cyano, the tank is looking good and corals are doing good. 2 sps's and some new lps's have survived!

And for the first time, my no3 is at 5 and my po4 is at .05

So dang happy about that. Dosing nopox daily and rotating weekly with vibrant and microbacteria. Working to get salinity down from 1.029 as the ato isn't working reliably so am manually adding ro water. Took out 2 pitches of salt and added 3 ro. Will get it down to 1.025 or 6

So now that this tank is doing well, I'll be starting a new tank lol's and taking this one down. Oh well, all a learning experience!

Duncan has 3 new heads. I'm so happy to see some growth! My first Duncan before my 1st tank crashed had over 30 heads.

It's been a long road getting my numbers good. PO 4 .05 and no3 5. It took over a year to achieve this finally! Will try to get a FTS in next couple days. Not sure whites will be on before I go to work.

Sad but also thrilled and happy as I say goodbye to this tank and build thread. I learned a lot with this tank, a lot of what not to dos!!

Tank is listed for sale and gutted. Still need to take all the plumbing apart.

First pic is a year ago September 2020. Next Pic is a year later. Tank was just beginning to thrive. Then the dismantaling.

Hardest to achieve: getting NO3 and PO4 where they needed to be
Biggest discovery: My gianormous toadstool leather was putting out toxins and killing any LPS or SPS I tried to put in. Same softies did just fine.
Biggest disappointment: The glass. Bought used. Had starfire for the first tank. This tank, with regular glass just couldn't compare.
Biggest accomplishment: Fish thrived and finally getting good lights

So farewell my 125. You were the stepping stone to my lovely new 240 gal dream tank.
