Here's another pic of her this morning after 9 hrs in Kanaplex. You can see spots on her body. She more alert now and swimming around more.

Here's a few more close up. I thing these are the money shots to see the spots.

When should I start that? I have already started the Kanaplex. Should put that on hold and treat for ich? What option do you recommend?

With that top fin looking the way it is, I wouldn't stop kanaplex :/

Actually, I think I might add the other two in. Was it that bad yesterday?

I'm not sure, that almost looks like velvet to me in the 2nd photo.

I would personally treat with copper or CP because it addresses both parasites. TTM only works on ich and it has a lot of room for error

Yeah, the top fin looks pretty bad, I don't remember it being that bad in the previous pictures. Adding in furan2 and metroplex would be a good idea. 4ford is right, copper is likely to be the best bet here. You can go ahead and start the copper, just raise it slowly.

I think you are dealing with both a bad bacterial infection and velvet or ich. Probably velvet. You have acriflavine, I would get her in a 75-90 minute bath with that, and get some copper and additional antibiotics in the QT ASAP.

Edit. melypr1985 is right, add the copper slowly since angels can be intolerant..but start sooner than later.

Can I add the Acriflavine to the QT tank she's in now, and then add the copper?

I have to go and get copper. What do you suggest as far as copper?

She's alot less lethargic than yesterday. I was just plowed with advice, what's my first step? The Acriflavine, then Furan 2 + Metroplex, topped with copper?

The acriflavine will work best as a bath. I use a 5 gallon bucket with a small heater and an airline for O2. You want to match the temperature and salinity in the bucket to your QT, and aerate for at least 30 mins prior and during the bath. Keep checking on her, and remove if she appears distressed. It's usually pretty mild for the fish, I personally have not had a fish react poorly yet.

Can I take 5 gallons out of the QT she's in now and use that? I did a water change last night before the kanaplex
was added. Since it's 5 gallons I'm assuming I can use half the packet since it recommended for 1 pk per 10 gals.

First step will be the acriflavine bath.

The rest can all be dosed straight to the QT. I would throw an extra airline into the QT if you have one. Kanaplex/metroplex/furan-2 can be mixed and used with copper, but all those meds can suck the O2 out of the water if you're not careful.
