Switching from full strength Vodka dosing to Tropic Marin NP Bacto Balance, do I have to start back at minimal dosing, or can I start Bacto Balance at my max dosing I've been on for 6 Months with the Vodka ?

use whatever the recommended schedule is for TM. Those are different carbon sources with likely different populations of bacterial consumers, don't assume the same bacterial actors will just switch foods.
I would gradually ramp down the vodka as I ramped up the other source.
