Tang looked fine yesterday, looks really bad this morning

Fish looked fine last night, no spots. This morning looked like the picture (in the next post). Is this flukes? Do I pull the fish out and give a bath / dip of some sort before I treat with Prazi? did one course of prazi, last night was day 5. Going to change 50% of water this am and treat with prazi again. Is their something else I should do as well?

Looks like fish is in QT tank. Is there any other medication in the water column? Copper, GC? Is it swimming or lying on the bottom of the tank?

I don't see anything.
If you're worried about flukes, a freshwater dip done in a dark container can help confirm presence or not.

I'm equalizing water temp now for a freshwater dip.

Once fish lay down and stop swimming majority of time they probably will not make unfortunately. At this point a FW bath will either stress the fish to the point it passes or it helps.

Meaning I should do the bath? I understand it's a risk. On more fish it qt so I have to do something to treat it anyways. Should I do 4 minutes shorter?

I presume the water checks out o.k.? Pending a better picture - it looks like there may be some fin erosion or discoloration? Any other fish in the tank with it? As Hugh Mann said, after the FW dip, let the water settle and look at anything on the bottom - magnifying glass if you have one. Some cell phones have close-up ability. One bit of advice, when you catch the fish up, ensure there isn't any gravel, algae or detritus in the net, else you'll have all that junk interfering with your view of the dip water.
