Hello, this is a powder brown tang. Last couple pictures definitely looks like ich. Do you currently have other tangs in tank? Reason I ask is some of the other spots can be from the aggressive tail swiping. I believe that is a white cheeked tang!
From your experience, is H202 safe for coral?
