Tank silent, overflow silent, sump not so silent

Just like the title says - everything but the sump is completely silent. Any tips on how to silence it that requires no maintenance? I’m sure a 7” round piece of sponge stuffed into the sock could work, but that’s just another thing to clean, and I’d prefer to avoid it if at all possible. It’s sounds almost deafening in the video, but it’s not. Just loud enough where I’ll probably hear it with the lid on the sock chamber and the cabinet doors installed.

Don’t buy them. I’ll 3d print them and you pay shipping.

That said they help but it won’t eliminate the noise.
