Tank Transfer and pale sps but polyp extension

Hi Everyone I recently did a tank transfer and lost some sps corals. The ones that did survive are showing some polyp extension and was thinking if it would be okay to dose Phols xtra special blend and coral booster since I had it from my other tank. Do you think it would help? Parameters are Alk 8.8 ca 505 mg 1464 Ph 8.15 phosphates 0.11 nitrates 15.8
