@TCK Corals I got the shipping module for today's delivery, but I never got any tracking number. I checked my account and it doesn't show anything as well. ORDER# 3668, can you let me know?

@TCK Corals first shipment I have been unhappy with. Didn't spend the money to receive broken sps and frags undone from plug. All frags fell out of cups also. Please get back to me. Every other order I've ever received from you has been great but this is pretty unacceptable.

With every frag being a problem, it's more indicative of something happening during shipping. If there's nothing you note about improper packaging or improvement there, then it's on the shipper. Of course they will still take care of you, but a bit unfair to pin the problem on the company if they actually did everything right and the box took a bit hit on shipping.

I would recommend tck as a vendor over anyone. Was just showing them how my order was recieved as I'm sure many of you would. Dan has already gotten back to me and took care of me even though it more than likely was not there fault. @TCK Corals can count on me as a customer for life and to continue to recommend their business to anyone

2nd shipment with these guys and they are top notch, everything looks perfect, my favorite online vendor. great products, service and reasonable prices. Im afraid the cats out of the bag on these guys......

I hate when that happens, most of mine came out of the cups but no road rash this time around which is great!
So weird the box wasnt damaged at all. Their packaging was good as always but everything was dismantled. I didn't mean to come off pointing blame or talking "bad". Thet have been 5 stars in all areas

There's always that initial reaction when you open them like that, too. I think most of us would react the same. Super happy (and not surprised) TCK stepped in to assist. Hope all the corals do well, shipping stress or not.
