The Mini Complete Tank is a 1.4L (0.37 gallon) all-in-one aquarium complete with sump, pumps, filter, and lights. If you’re looking to show off a collection of sexy shrimp, some designer zoas, or really any prized puffy polyps, keep reading. The mini tank is popular for freshwater aquascapes, but it works as a saltwater aquarium. […]

Seems like they have gotten mixed reviews but I gotta admit I kinda want one. I had a 2 gallon pico for 6 or 7 years and it was a lot of fun!

I’ve debated one of these for a long time. Just seems like too much maintenance.

Check out Tank Mods on YouTube if you want to see some cool mods for these like an ATO and water level viewer.

I have one... the stock pump is junk (gets stuck all the time and only way to unstick is pull outa sump).. currently testing higher flow micro ac pumps, and plumbing/overflow mods. Also made a display 'case' for it and cut a hole in sump... maybe I'll start a thread. there is at least one running on this forum already..

edit: maybe not a good example... looks like pics were removed from thread recently. guess I'll have to start my thread...

I have one set up for zoas as my Aptasia eating filefish cleared my DT .added two sexy shrimp but I think they jumped, didn't cover the hole in the top.also added one nacirrus to keep the sandbed clean.I'm enjoying the contrast of my 140 to the minitank

Does the blue light look this blue in person? I prefer more of a 10k look...wondering if I need to get the freshwater version...
