These look similar to the smart wifi plugs i have using for voice commands through google home. Would be awesome if these worked as well. I was looking for something to monitor my temp so I think im going to give these a try. Looks good for the price.

Teffo warranty: The maximum output in combination with a teffo cannot exceed over 10A/125VAC/1250W. If you have more than 4 devices, then you need a 2nd or more teffos

Does anyone think 10 amps combined is realistic on 4 power sockets? Seems like a heater, fan, a few pumps would easily go past 10amps. Or is it 10A per socket?

Second where would USA customers ship for warranty? Overseas? Thanks in advance.

    1. Most household breakers are 15 amps. There would be no realistic use of 10 amps per socket in a controller, you cannot run 40 amps at 120AC like that through standard wiring anyway.

    2. A "heater, fan, and a few pumps" should not add up to 10 amps unless you have a tank WELL above 300 gallons, or live in Antartica. My 300 gallon aquarium's return pump draws .4 amps. I think you may be miscalculating your AC amperage. Amps are Watts/Volts.

you could return the product back to the seller or ship oversea to Taiwan directly.

    thumb up!
teffo is especially designed for aquarium, safety is the 1st priority of the design, 10A overload protection in combination and works in high temp & high humility (50⁰C / 122 ⁰F ; 90%). some controllers provide 8 sockets with 15A, however, I prefer 4 sockets with 10A personally, safety concern.

Does it have any built in fuse or breaker? Or you still use GFCI with it?

This is really promising! The price is really good too. The fact that it comes with an app and not a crappy outdated Arduino screen is also promising lol. I may just purchase one of these!

These would be awesome for nano and pico setups. I just read about them in reef builders as well.

teffo currently support US plug and socket, works with 100~240V, 50/60Hz. We will consider to sell in UK in the future.

Fix couple bugs and going to release new App, take App store and Play market into consideration, it takes about 2 weeks.
For better user experience, we choose to shut down Amazon store temporarily till new release ready for download.

    Major bugs:
    1. Celsius works but Fahrenheit gives incorrect readings in Android app.
    2. While app pulling the time zoom data from phone, some get the wrong data to makes the scheduling work incorrectly, users have to correct the time zoom setting and reboot teffo to solve the problem. New release will have manual input directly during installation.

Give us couple days, and Amazon store will be available soon.
Thanks for your patience in advance.
