I'm trying to use the telemetry by e-mail alerts, I configure my Gmail account to use "app password", after obtaining that, I fill the telemetry page in e-mail alert and press the update button, but I can't save the password, a pink box with "please set a valid mail password" appear on the screen.

any suggestion?

I forgot to press the "reload" button in the admin session, but after that, I broke my database...

@robsworld78 I found your guide

you can enable the "two-step verification" and "less secure app password", in the "signing in to google" you can found an "app password" tab and you can generate an "app password" to use in reef-pi.

my account is in the Italian language so I cannot make a screen for you

Thanks, I think I was getting confused with the app password, probably was trying original password.
