Tell me your BAD DREAMS that YOU have HAD about your REEF tank

My nightmares are waking up to dead fish. I get paranoid if one doesn’t look like it feels good I will loose sleep.

I don't have nightmares about fish, but I have had a vivid reoccurring dream for many years - I'm walking through the woods, and I see a small stream, filled with reef fish, and I catch an adult emperor angelfish with a dip net....score!

What DOES happen to me much more often, is that I just wake up and then get terrible insomnia, worrying about some aquarium issue (sigh).

Interesting.

I´ve had nightmares of my tank totally crashing and me trying to catch the fish on the ground and seeing everyone die.

More than once.

The weirdest dream I had was that my large urchin escaped the tank, got into our bed, and was stabbing me in the foot. My husband didn't appreciate me narrating the vivid dream at 3:00 in the morning for some reason.

My bad dreams are when I dream my tank is finally clean no algae and new corals that I collected myself. The bad part is waking up from that dream.

Just had another dream the other night that I remember fairly well. My LFS was closing down to move on the opposite side of town and for some reason I was helping them tear down their tanks. I was draining the water and then they told me they were just going to leave the coral, fish, and rock out of water to die and not sell any of it or bring it to the other store. Weird dream for sure.
