If it is, does it look to you like it could be a green brittle star? That would be a concern as I would prefer my fish to not disappear. Otherwise, I would assume a brittle star is not that big a deal?Maybe mini brittle star legs?
Doesn't look like a green brittle star does it? I know that one of those would eventually become a problem as they're fish eaters.Micro brittle star. Nothing to worry about.
Striped legs would indicate no, not green brittle star. these guys stay little. If it were a green one he would grow quite large and yeah, possibly snack on your fish. I have a red one that about 10” across leg span. He minds his own business though. Micro/mini brittle stars are great little scavengers to have in the tank, they clean all the nooks and crannies, and it’s fun to see their legs waving about in there. If it is, does it look to you like it could be a green brittle star? Okay so I saw them again today and they seemed too long to be a brittle star, and one of them was where I could get it. So I got it. I would say this honestly looks like a plant? Definitely looking like some kind of algae to me at this point. In particular I can see a little sprig growing out of one part. I knew I had that microscope for something lol.Striped legs would indicate no, not green brittle star. these guys stay little.
