the shipping on the non-drilled version of this (which I'm getting to use as sump) was messed up on the website but is now working (aka surprisingly cheap). Can't wait for it to get in so I can finally finish up the plumbing!
What product are you referring to here?

I will look into this on Monday. We use several brands of bulkheads including lifeguard. No idea what is going on here but it will get sorted out. Worst case, you get new kits.

I don't see it as a huge issue just more of a feedback-type thing for future revisions. I look at this like any product given away for development and feedback, and figure there are always going to be minor issues to deal with.

Like @dansyr said, maybe consider just mildly bigger on future revisions. I broke out my cheap pocket caliper, can't find my good ones at the moment, and I am showing just a hair under a 1 mm difference between the bulkhead and the drilled hole. So maybe even just consider increasing the hole size by 1/16". This would still keep the hole plenty tight for proper fitment but allow for slight variance in the bulkheads.

What did they tell you? I know everything in production is on schedule and there are no late orders in the queue.
On Wednesday she said "Tanks 48" and under typically require 2-3 weeks lead time before shipment, which is disclosed on the checkout page and various places throughout the website." We responded 7 minutes later asking "Do you happen to know when our order will go into production?" And didn't get a response.

Good morning. I will have someone in production locate your order. Can you please send me your invoice number?

There are seven AIO frags going through today/this week. I don't recall which one you ordered but they all should be shipping soon, within the lead time given. Here are some in production pics. They are beautiful.

Final perimeter trim. Now it gets cleaned up and packed. Beautiful seams.

I don't understand why this is happening other than some brands are off size. We use lifeguard exclusively.
So it is hard to tell from those pictures so I'm not sure if they are the same fittings or different fittings but either way they both appear to be larger than 1 1/8" which is the size of the drilled hole.

Assuming the issue is variance in fittings from lifegaurd maybe it would be more appropriate to have the hole size at the 1 1/4" which is the recommended size for these bulkheads. Alternately if you have a large sample size of these bulkheads available you could measure a bunch of them and find what the largest one you have is and drill the hole to that size to account for variance in the bulkhead sizing.

I was able to get mine to fit eventually by sanding the hole slightly larger by about an additional 1/16" in diameter.

Like I said at the end of the day this was not a major setback or deal breaker, more just some feedback on how they could be improved for future production and to avoid problems from end users. Figure we got these at such a steal that some constructive feedback would help with the process.
