The inside oveflow should be perfectly square unless the pieces were swapped. If the OF pieces were swapped, then this caddy will not fit

Stack the two OF pieces. The wider one goes on the front.

My sump just arrived! I was so excited to see the surprise envelope, but I wasn't sure what it was. I came running in here to see, and am glad someone else figured it out, and to have a picture for how to put it together :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

dry fit it before gluing it up. after you assemble it and are satisfied with the final result, just add a little bit of solvent where the tabs and slots meet. No need to try and glue up every seam.

Could someone post a pic of the media basket correctly assembled?
I'm not understanding - Mine looks just like Trixter's only the C2 is on the other side.
And which compartment does it go in?

I am using Lifeguard Aquatics bulkheads in my frag tank build but they do not fit. I see that this is a common issue with this tank, so should I drill the holes out or possibly file them? It is off by 1/8". I do not want to chip the tank or effect the integrity by drilling so I would rather file or sand if I could. Any recommendations?

For those that have not bought bulkhead fittings yet these fit perfectly. Not sure how they stand up against Lifeguard but cheaper and fit the holes in the DIY tank.

There were a few requests to see it assembled and with the tank on, which inspired me to get it done! The only thing I'm not sure about is how I'm going to secure the baffles. They fit pretty loose and there is no way each chamber will be water tight
