thank you for the response…
do you happen to have their phone number?

and my hands are good at typing…
not building things.
plus i live in a high rise condo and don’t even have a proper toolbox, lol, let alone tools or the space to have a lil workshop.

someday….

For those still in the build process/waiting to assemble. Tread has many lessons learned. Some already noted by others. Crucial one is planning/layout.
1) Must clean edges since not smooth leaving gaps / not good bond so 50/50 chance it will be leak proof.
2) Similar to carpentry... preassemble, check twice before gluing. Mark edges to glue to, and those to not!!!
Fronts of tank and sump should be solid with sides glued to them. Accidently glued sides to end of face and back on tank doing the L type assemble. Ended up breaking them apart, clean up and glue again. To not do the same on the sump made a diagram of front back to be outside with side glued to it. Opps again glued the sides to the ends. Now sump perimeter is two panels too wide for bottom. Getting a larger piece for bottom, and Euro brace around the top for smaller tank to sit on.
I love DIY projects. First time doing something with acrylic..... Lessons learned!

Any chance the Grand Cayman Drop Off tank will still happen? We're loving our frag tank and our friends/family all think it looks great so we're excited to see this come out! :star-struck:

I just noticed the @Tenecor Aquariums rep hasn't posted since March 8th. Everything okay over there? Went from one of the most active threads and posters to complete radio silence. Any news on the Cayman drop off? How is the new facility equipment coming along? Any new projects for us to get excited about?

Related to this, how is everyone's' 3 gallon frag tanks coming along?
