I agree with the above mentioned
Nitrate 5 to 10
Nitrate 0
Ammonia 0
Calcium 420
Magnesium 1350
Alkalinity 9 to 10
Ph 8.2
Phosphate 0.08
Salinity 1.026
Temp 77 to 79
Thise numbers are based on a mixed reef of LPS and soft corals if you plan on LPS and sps the nitrates and phosphates may be lower.

How do you get the ph level up? And how to get the water more clear?

Oh boy

What is your Ph reading in the morning and what is it at late afternoon?

GAC and MNB will get your water clean but how long is your tank running?
Post a FTS.

BRS makes a really good video on how to raise your pH one of the methods is if your dosing 2 part calcium and alkalinity into your tank you dose alkalinity at night to raise your pH at night because it dips down throughout the night or if you're running a refugium you can run your light schedule for your refugium opposite of the lights of your display tank to raise your pH overnight also you can open a window to have fresh air Exchange or you can run a line from the outside of your house into your skimmer that's only needed when everything else doesn't work. In order to clear up your water the easiest method is to run carbon in a reactor. I use the r o x carbon from BRS they have a calculator on their website and will let you know how much you need to use and it will remove a lot of impurities in your water and overnight make your water crystal clear. I hope this helps if you have anymore questions don't be afraid to ask :)
