Some updates phone pics. Some are getting some blue starting to show and one has yellow tips starting to form.

Here are my remaining four. I have saved a frag from another one that is now gone as well. But..some less than good photos:

This one has some fluorescing at the tips and corallites but didn't really capture that here:

Two and Three look like they could turn out to be real nice, according to my untrained eye. :)

@KJoFan, you have some really nice ones there. I think you might have some winners!

To be honest... I like this thread so much that I just put a "brownie" in my avatar! Lol:D

I don't know about "#1" in the pics. Seems the least likely to have potential. #3 is the most curious to me, seems like it could go either way. Either has great potential, or will be a complete dud. I need to get better pics!

I haven't gotten the DSLR out in...a few weeks. I should do that and see what I can get. It's hard just because they are placed on the bottom front of the tank which isn't great for photos.

You guys, this one is getting more interesting by the day. I'm contemplating busting it off the base and re-mounting it somewhere. I think more light would really do it some good. The tips around the polyps is getting more fluorescent green and beyond that is turning...purple? pink? Hard to tell quite yet, but definitely changing. However, I don't know that I want to put it somewhere permanent in my display just yet...so it might just have to stay where it is.

If it's doing well I'd leave it where it is for now and see where it goes! Is there any growth at the base yet?

I am not noticing any yet. It was receded from the base when I got it, as you can probably tell in the photo. So, I don't know that it will grow back over those areas?

I wish I could get good photos, but their placement in the tank just doesn't lend very well. I'll keep trying when I get some time!

how are everyone's brownies doing? I've got just one left, although i just lost one to my own doing...had to dose h2o2 to combat dinos and it didn't like it. luckily I still have the most colorful one left and even fragged it to see how it would do in different locations of the tank. seeing some growth on the base as well!!

All of my brownies are still alive. A couple of them are just blah green so I ended up cutting those up but I have a couple that show some great color coming through so those are still "cooking". I will see if I can get some pictures later.

I've got one left in good condition. Lost one completely. The other three don't look so good. This is my fault. Had to dose interceptor to kill a worsening red bug infestation. Also did a 3 day blackout to try and combat what seemed like a worsening dino situation. Lost several SPS frags in the process as well. The one in good condition looks better and better everyday though. Still green with green polyps, but has a bit of blue sheen on the flesh. Hoping it begins to change into something awesome.

These aren't BoomCoral Brownies (though I'll say, if I was looking to have corals delivered any time soon, Boom would be near the top of the places I'd be looking!), they're LFS brownies - but they're kinda cool acros, so can they play?

This guy is in the worst shape of the bunch - but those corallites! Has some green on the rims of the corallites, as well as the base plate, and looks like dark red polyps.
20171106_121049.jpg

There are two in the photo here - the one in front is blue-green, and looks like it wants to table. Came with barnacles! The one in back is more purplish, and came with two tiny crabs - a fuzzy blue-eyed one and a white and pink acro crab.
20171106_121144.jpg

This guy has a purple / blue vibe to it, zero fluorescence at this time.
20171106_121200.jpg

This neatly compact colony has olive-green tips with pinkish bases, and neatly arranged little corallites.
20171106_121225.jpg

This guy has an overall deep green fluorescence.

Neat corals for a price that makes "blind-bag" a fun game to play!
