Photos above are for illustrative purposes only. The final design has changed since the prototype was made. See below for final specs/details.

This is the final design of The Dipper™. The Mini Dipper™ will look the same, just slightly smaller.

    Octo Aquatics presents…..

    The Dipper™

The Dipper™. Now you can dip your corals in style! Separate containers for dipping solution and rinsing water. Each one is hand-made out of high quality cell cast acrylic (the same acrylic I build large water vessels from) The Dipper™ comes with one 7″ x 7″ x 7″ dip cube for dipping solution and one 6.25″ x 6.25″ 6.75″cube for rinsing. The Mini Dipper™ comes with one 5″ x 5″ x 5″ dip cube and one 4.25″ x 4.25″ x 4.75″ rinse cube. The rinse cubes are small enough to store inside the dip cubes when not in use.

Pre-order now and save $$$. The Dipper™ = $150 shipped (reg. $175), The Double Dipper™ = $250 shipped (reg. $275). The Mini Dipper™ = $115 shipped (reg. $135). Pre-order will end at 1159hrs EDT on 9/30/17. The orders will start mailing on 10/14/17, and I will update this thread as they’re mailed. Orders may take more or less time depending on how many orders I get. Please keep in mind everything is hand-assembled and I’m a one-man-show.

    Specs:

    The Dipper™ – Base 15 1/4″ x 11 1/4″ x 1/4″

    The Double Dipper™ – The Dipper™ x2

You should make a nano dipper! I usually only buy 1 or 2 frags at a time so both would be much larger than what I need.

This is such a great idea! Is one of the containers slightly smaller so that you can stack for storage?

The Dip containers should have water volume markers. That will ease knowing how much water you have to calculate solution mix.

changed things up a bit. there is no big dipper anymore. there will be the dipper™ and the mini dipper™. you can buy the double dipper™ to save money, and it's just the dipper™ x2.
