If you go to yesterday’s live sale, they may still have one. I bought mine after the sale. FYI.

Sadly, Sanjay's colony is no more. Mine never seems to get bigger, not because it doesn't grow, but because every time it puts on an inch, I get bugged for a frag lol.

Don’t frag it! That’s what happened to John c he told me it shut down growth after he dragged it for a bunch of people and I haven’t been back to see if it’s started growing good again or not. His isn’t the exact lineage but I would guess his azure is the same coral.

Here is the largest colony of it that exists as far as I know. It belongs to my friend, Ken Feldman. His tank is 27in tall, for reference.

Beautiful stag, blue hokies used to be pretty popular back in the early to mid 2000s, but I hardly, if ever, see them come in anymore! for a stag they are a bit more finnicky than others.
This one is definitely the best colored one I have seen, usually they are more dull bluish-aqua green.

Makes me wonder why. Surely Tenuis isn't the only acro people are after?

Well they do tend to be a slower growing, less common species, making it not very suitable for mariculture? also wild collection of it might be more limited, last time I saw a hokie come in on a shipment was 2011 or so.

username checks out, lol

I used to be in the same boat, still sorta do get frustrated when either the same coral has 3 different names or 3 different names for the same coral.
WWCs cookie monster is sarmentosa, where as this is A. hoekesemai, gonzo's cookie monster is thought to be A. donei.
