The measure of a company is not necessarily a %100 perfect track record. IMO it is how they handle things that fall through the cracks.

These guys know how to handle problems & customer service. I received my order today and my tank is fat & happy with the new pods. You can be sure I will be a repeat customer.

Algae Barn made good on a shipment that got too cold to me. It was the dead of winter and the package may have taken longer to get here than it should but the pods were dead. Within a few days i had a new order with some nice extras included.

Kudos to great customer service.

Algae Barn wonderfully handled some snails that didn't make it awhile back. There were also very pleasant to deal with during the chaeto shortage during last fall's hurricane season.
