Actually, if we’re being specific - these common names were used for Cirrhilabrus rubrisquamis which is now thought to look nothing like these guys and instead to look more like the Vibranium Fairy Wrasse (C. wakanda).
These new wrasses that used to be called C. rubriquamis (and still are until we can find more type localities of C. rubrisquamis) are now called C. finifenmaa which is given the common name of the Rose Veiled Fairy Wrasse.

I have a Rosy Scale also.........currently transitioning into a male. Starting to look more and more like the pic I posted :)
