Lookin' great Rick. Wish I could neglect my tank and come back to sticks growing out of the water! LOL

That has filled in really nice. Do you use Kalk?

Ha, thanks! Seriously I have only done 1 water change in about 6 months. Gotta say that most of the success is having great equipment and tank automation.

Thank Man, I don't use Kalk. Just using the "Beta" Synergy Reef dual chamber Calcium Reactor! the 1.5 yr test so far has proven to be a success!!

Very cool. I'm ready for v1.0 or v2.0 of the dual chamber Rx depending on what you're gunna call it. Lol

Thank you! I am actually in the planning stages of a new build!! Still planning it out so this setup will still be around a few more months.

How do you like having the drains come into the sump horizontally like that? It looks very clean that way, have you noticed any issues with it? And can you possibly show a bit closer view of what you did on your return line going through the plywood back? Thanks. Your tank has given me many ideas for the future.

What do you have there holding your BRS dosers (it looks like its red or orange), and where did you get it? Looks very nice and I've been looking for something like that. Love your setup and all the work Synergy does; I plan on getting the toxic red RS34 sump soon!

I like how they come thru the back for the clean look, but it's a bit noisy. It's not horribly loud but not as quiet as our current design with the drain crash box that overflows into the socks. It could be done the same way with the rear horizontal inputs but I would add 90s after it comes into the sump. Simple fix but you would loose 1 sock holder.

I actually custom built those years ago. They are kinda a pain to make since everything has to match the dosers perfect to fit right. I don't even remember how I made them now lol.
    Thanks for the compliments.

    Hi Rick,

Tanks lookin' great, can't believe your going with another build, didn't really think you can get any better. Can't wait to see what's on the horizon !!!!......BTW
Felix called me yesterday and told me that he talked to you and that you'd be working on my Ghost overflow sometime in the next couple of weeks.....that's great news, I've been waiting awhile (one year for the tank and stand) just picked it up only four weeks ago, this is the last remaining piece to the puzzle. Can't wait to continue the build. Thanks again for making it for me, it's greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.....your products are in a class of there own.

Thanks Jim! No problem making your ghost. It was one I owed Felix for your setup. Hope you enjoy your new tank.

We have some cool plans for our new tank build that hopefully everyone will enjoy. More details will be coming very soon!

I forgot, lol... Since I put the nano box reef LED retro on, I haven't changed the T5s. So it's been way over a year. I would have to look back thru the thread and see.

Took some photos of the tank last night. Growth has really taken off the last few months!

    Absolutely phenomenal!

I have a 150 gallon Reef Saavy tank in the making (72L x 24W x 20H). I've gleaned a lot from watching this thread. Thanks for the posting!
