What is always breaking that you need to contact customer support? I have never had to call customer support for anything I have. Companies willingly sending you replacement products with no questions really asked also leads me to believe they are incredibly inexpensive to produce. Just wondering!

Well let me embarrass myself then I have no idea how to do their on line warranty exchange. My light they no longer make so makes sense why they don’t want it back. The second was a 200 watt power supply. But my lights are 809 each also, so if they were still being made, of course then yes. So I always call because honestly it’s faster for me, then trying to fill the online form out because my MacBook Pro at times isn’t my friend. It’s much easier to tell them what’s wrong and then for me to email them a copy of the serial number on it. But again, simply because what I said, people think they are cheaply made etc.

Are you using reeflink/wxm?
If so, configure the master to pulse at 100% for 3 seconds, then configure the others for anti sync at 30%

The magnets alone are probably over $200.

These are just like what they use, not the exact magnets.

Good point. I would know.
I have a 4”x3’ disc N52 that pulls 1600 lbs. I use it for absolutely nothing. It sits in its box and occasionally I pull it out to impress people.

i have used MP and gyres.. the gyres are sooooo much better IMO and half the cost.

i spend it where it matters... cough...Geiseman spectra and reefbrites...cough but for a wavemaker... yeah no.

I wouldn’t count on it. Companies like Jebao mostly ignore US patents anyhow, so that they haven’t tried to copy the vortech ought to tell you a lot. Namely, that separating the two sides of the pump isn’t a trivial engineering feat. That so many people seem incapable of following the instructions would be a huge problem. I actually doubt there’ll be many copycats.

Can I add for those with an Apex monitoring their mp10's or 40's to be ready for a failure with a backup on hand... You can do the same exact thing with that wavemaker from China and save hundreds while still having a really good fail safe situation. So to each their own but I don't see the sense
