What is always breaking that you need to contact customer support? I have never had to call customer support for anything I have. Companies willingly sending you replacement products with no questions really asked also leads me to believe they are incredibly inexpensive to produce. Just wondering!
Well let me embarrass myself then I have no idea how to do their on line warranty exchange. My light they no longer make so makes sense why they don’t want it back. The second was a 200 watt power supply. But my lights are 809 each also, so if they were still being made, of course then yes. So I always call because honestly it’s faster for me, then trying to fill the online form out because my MacBook Pro at times isn’t my friend. It’s much easier to tell them what’s wrong and then for me to email them a copy of the serial number on it. But again, simply because what I said, people think they are cheaply made etc.
