Oh, and don't be worried that you can't see much in the bags. He doesn't sell adult pods, only jvs. and they look like specks in the bags. It's the same with the Algagen ones you can buy from MD.

Did he tell you how to add them? All pods at one time at night with turkey baster into rocks/sand and then feed phyto at 3-5ml per 10 gal every 3-5 days I think?
He didnt, but I'm sure he will go over it all with me tomorrow.

I am a slipper collector / connoisseur. These are reaching retirement. They are now my "take the trash and dog out slippers"

:D
This cracked me up! I cycle through mine the same way. Once they reach dog duty theyre done!

Did you pull the rock to scrub again?

I Turkey basted it all off in the last 30 mins of lighting schedule last night before bed. Today is poly floss change day and sponge/foam rinsing. Hoping to get some out and I'm gonna keep blowing it off and see if it loses the battle with chaeto and corraline for nutrients.

Fingers crossed

I got a starry blenny to help with the algae... all he does is pick my glass and gyres. Both of which I maintain on my routine. Annoying. Adding fish with expectations to help ur tank is like government polls... u elect them CAREFULLY with a hope of them accomplishing a goal u personally want to achieve. And they just never do.

Of course I have room for 1 more fish!

I need to get a new 35mm camera, I currently use a app for my iPad that helps but colors tend to be to vivid when using it but without it my pictures look just like what you posted.

Sent you a pm.

Thanks guys, Paul seems like an awesome guy. Will spread his name around my network here in the future.

Hope this helps with the fight against the algae as well.

The two green ones are phyto.

Absolutely Paul. I will spread your name through my network out in this area and do whatever I can to help! Thanks again!

I will give an update on how they mature when I start seeing them all over the glass again!

We are ready. Don't hesitate to call. It was a pleasure and I look forward to chatting again real soon. Thank you Paul & Marybeth

FYI - Fudsey is correct. The brown is Isochrysis galbana or Iso as most refer to it. Great for those pods. When you feed your tank phyto, I would mix the brown and green together.
