Good luck, I have the same tank and it is slowly coming along. Only 2 small clowns at the moment.

I am interested to see how much water you have to top off do to evaporation. In 3 weeks with one light and the hood, I have not had to add any. Granted, I am not running my late all day yet since I do not have any coral.

I have a 5 gallon lowes bucket i fill with rodi ATO. Its a little more than half full. So maybe 2 to 2.5 gallons in 2 weeks. But the fans cooling will create some evap. It took me a little while to custom the hood and get it all set up like this. Changing controllers, cutting the hood. But i think the temp and Ato are very stable now with little maint going forward. I have some corals frim aquasd coming friday. Stay tuned

What are you using to prop the hood up? I could use something like that during maintenance.
