I’ve been out of town for a week, just got back tonight, hope my submission still counts, I’ve been on time every other submission.

Here are my photos, starting to get some coloration back. Things in my tank started to take a turn, but are just now recovering.

Oops,

I thought posts were due the first week of the month, not the first Sunday. It seems like I have no choice but to join those who were “disqualified”. Alas, I do not feel this is a loss for me since I still have a wicked rainbow tenuis with limitless potential. To those still in the competition: good luck and let me know if you ever frag your jd jr lol. Happy reefing

To be perfectly honest I completely forgot to take pictures for November. Coral's alive but if I'm out, I'm out.

Maybe UC will update us as to who is still in this, and a look at their frags of this coral, at the December deadline.

My frag bit the dust. It was hanging on last month, but I knew it was a goner. Good luck to everyone left.

December submission.

Not much of a change. From the top down shot, you can see the base has incrusted some more. Maybe a little more pink in the top, but slightly, if any. Being that it is a straight stick, it shades itself some. And because my clownfish snapped it off the plug, right after I got it, seeing the base increase is a plus. Not seeing the yellows others are yet.

Wow everyone else's corals look great! Mine's not doing so well. Other corals in my tanks are growing well and have good color, maybe this one is still settling into my tanks params. I also had a mini alk swing reaching 10.3 last week which I'm trying to recover from now.

Thank you!
Looks like are numbers have dwindled down. Maybe Unique Corals can give us an update on the competition, and any frags they still have soon. I’m sure they have been busy with Black Friday, and the like.

This particular coral doesn’t seem to like any changes. I upgraded my lighting last month. Par is within 25 of what it was, but now I have more horsepower. Same fixtures even, just double what I had. I noticed a slight loss of the tip color for a week, or so. Guess it could have been other factors, but nothing I test for.

January check in. Just past the 3 month mark. Hopefully this coral will begin to pick up the pace. I agree IEReefer. We need to confirm who’s in it. Yours is looking good though!

Looks like Dan won this but I’ll post either way.

Im not ready to throw the towel in yet, but Dan seems to have the best growth, and color. Good job! So is it safe to say that it is just the four of us? Can’t wait to see what the next few months will do for this piece.

Plus 1. Still a lot could happen.

Doesn't really matter if unique is going to leave us high and dry. I'll fight till the end either way.
