Going to take the 3 hour drive to the LFS today to see if I can find a negrosensis. My wife is not happy about loosing that one.

Observational QT, or medicated QT?

I stopped using copper years ago as I found most wrasses do not tolerate it very well. I normally do an observational QT with 2 rounds of prazi for internal parasites.

Never found much reason to do much else.

I'm pretty disappointed.
Missed out on an opportunity to get a yellowtail (A meleagrides) , a rhomboidalis, and/or a naokoae because I thought I was finally getting my bluespot (A cearulepunctatus). Now I have none.

I was wondering what that weird shape was.….
There's always some snails hanging out back here, and the fairy wrasses like to use it as the turn around for their loops around the tank as evidenced with this poor quality pic of the pintail, the laboutei, and the yellow banded possum. The Astraeas like to hide behind here because the timor wrasse doesn't have enough room to bend himself and be able to pick at their feet.

She is isn't she!

Can't wait to see more of yours!
Just moved him into the observation tank with the diamond tail. I can’t wait to get these two into the dt!

For those not on my build thread. I added the wrasse immediately to my DT and it was fine for an hour then the cleaner wrasse got really aggressive with it so now its in the sump while I try and catch the cleaner. Anyway heres the video before the cleaner went bananas.

One more now that he’s settled in a bit. Him and the attenuatus have been doing some chasing and flashing at each other. I’ll try to get a good video of them next time but I really need to grab a light for this tank. They’re so pretty.

I’m not sure which of the two or if there are other factors that make it close to impossible to QT but I recommend no medication unless there is a problem and you can properly identify it. I would love to see some photos of these guys!
Finally got a chance to get some pics. Here you go.
