This is not how it’s supposed to be done…what is this fish?

Yeah, I know. This isn’t how you are supposed to do it. ‍ I asked the local petco fish dept mgr to order me fish. I picked it up Thursday before noon, just after it was delivered. It was still in the original shipping bag labeled as a bluehead fairy wrasse. I could barely make out what I thought was wrassey lips through the bag.

Brought it home and put it in my new tank (after acclimation).

I don’t think this is a wrasse, and definitely not a blue headed fairy.

Indigo dottyback??? Is my guess. Please help.
