I knew last year I was going to get a bigger tank so I started planning. I selected this tree and was going to use the wood for some of the stand and a new dining table as well. I had the wood air dry for many months and then had it dried to about 8-10% in the kiln.

Are you doing some sort of live edge? I really want to do a live edge in my new in wall build.

I am in the process of building now, and went live-edge. I didn’t select a tree though! If it’s anything like his sumps this is gonna be nuts! following
