This nem is turning out to be a pretty color

It was a pale green when I bought it for my whole maroon but has really developed a deep green color.

What conditions promotes the bubble tip look?

There really isn't an answer to that. Some BTA's bubble up, some don't, some partially do. It doesn't seem to be flow or light related.
