Those of you with customaquarium.com tanks, how close is the final dimensions on your tank with their aluminum trim? They say to add 3/4” +/-1/8 for trim. Just ordered a84x34x27 and thought about building my stand and having it ready, or should I just wait to get tank and then build?

Call them, and have them call you when the frame is installed.
You can get exact measurement of it, then start building.

Just add 3/4" per their info. If your stand is 1/8 smaller or bigger it won't make a difference.

I just measured my tank for you. The aquarium itself is 30” wide, which is exactly the dimension I ordered. When measuring the frame end to end, it is 30 11/16 wide. So pretty much add 3/4” like others have said. Good luck!
