I bought an Apex jr controller for my new tank...something I have never used before. Setup didn't look too bad at first glance, but as I start to get into it the system decides I need to update some "firmware" in there before I can go any further. I click on the "update firmware" but oops..my pc can't do that without disabling firewalls and security stuff. So, it says...just shut it down and restart in blah blah mode..simple! Not something I know how to do now, and probably never will. What I really need is someone's ten year old to come fix this for me. I can't even contact Neptunes support guys because you need to have your account set up first, apparently....and I didn't even GET that far! I might have to just pack it all up and send it back. Sigh...it seemed like such a good idea at the time.
