My system is about 300 total gallons and starting to see dinos. Not sure why. Tank is about 1 year old but was started from my old 75 which was 3. Here are my parameters:

Temp-78.5
salinity- 1.025
Alk- 9.1
Cal- 400
Mag- 1400
Nitrate- 4
Phos- .06

I do dose nitrate and phosphate and Phyto. Any thoughts???

Parameters look good.

How did you ID them? Are you dosing because nutrients were very low at some point?

I did not ID them and I have been dosing for some time now because nitrates and phosphates were always low. They did reach 0 many months ago, but 4 weeks ago tank was doing great and now dinos creeping in.

What kind of rock does your tank have? Any man made or "real reef" rock?

I started this tank with all dry rock that was cured for about 2 months and added about 70lbs from my 75 gallon tank which was running for about 3 years.

I’d say it’s a bacterial population issue. The parameters look good, but the biological competition isn’t there to win against the dinos. I’d do a light carbon dose along with a beneficial bacteria and see it you get an improvement within a week.
