Can you help me ID these please, and let me know if any are something I should worry about, thanks.

A) small hole with 5 or 6 very long tentacles. Second pic is also A
B) white, hard to the touch
C) some type of red micro algae

A. appears to be a speghetti worm to me. Do the tentacles appear to be feeling around for stuff? If so I say speghetti worm.
Not real sure on B. and C.

Welcome to R2R!

A maybe a vermetid tube snail's mucous net. If so not good. The net irritates corals.
B sponge
C probably a sponge

Keep an eye on A. Here's a link with some pictures of critters for reference: https://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/
Hope this helps.
