Sorry I know it isn't a great pic but it's about the best I can do with all the size of it. Could this be aiptasia? It's maybe 2mm in height

Does it retract into the rock when touched? It's really difficult to tell from the picture.

Looks like it. Can pull the frag and put some super glue on it. Or if you have a syringe you can feed it some kalk or lemon juice

Just a blob of glue straight on top of it?

Yup. It should retract out of water. Just cover that area with some reef glue

Put some super glue on the area it was and no sign since. All the Zoa round the area sulked for a bit but seem ok now
