I captured video of a tiny crab firmly on the tip head area of my newly purchased conch snail. Is this symbiotic relationship or a parasite to do damage on the conch?

Are the front claws black and pointy?

I didn't see the front claws. However, in my other 12 gallon AIO SPS tank I saw a little white crab with hairy legs and white pointy claws watching two of my small blue legged hermits fighting for an empty snail shell.
The closet hermit to the rock work got snatched up by him and he dragged him under my rock work. Then about 5 minutes later the hermit crawled out. Wondering bad crab?
