Did you do something to stir up the sand or blow debris off rocks? Or did this start naturally where they were just like this all of the sudden?

It’s happening in the quarantine tank so there’s no sand or rock. But it just randomly started. I wonder if weeks, maybe a month ago when I put in inverts to quarantine if they carried in eggs or something of whatever these are..

It seems like maybe the small ones are growing into what the bigger one looks like. I hope I can figure this out so I know if they’re harmful or not.

I have been also getting these in the last month or so. Any positive ID? I wanna know if they can be detrimental to soft corals, since mine seem quite unhappy currently. Or maybe it's the same root cause.
