Tiny worm amongst red turf algae

Hello please see the attached video,

I have just seen about two or three of these little worms, I just assumed they were poo but then I saw them moving. Can anyone identify them for me? Poor quality video, they are tiny. Also, can you confirm that is indact Red Turf Algae? Thanks

Video worked fine for me. Looks like a common bristle worm, but the clarity, and distance makes it hard to see any defining characteristics.

Can you possibly use tweezers and pull it out? It could be one of dozens of critters. I would try for a picture if possible.
