Tip on some acros r growing alge

Hello I had some acro get affected by a spike now to normal but some of them are still alive and the tip must die and is growing Green algae do I cut it or let it be

Cut off parts that are growing algae. That part of the coral is dead. Algae doesn't grow on living tissue.

I’m also having the same issue. I’ve tried cutting some, and I’ve left it on others. It seems like leaving it has been better for me. The ones where I scraped it off took a long time to cover the area. But the ones I didn’t touch just grew over it. Not sure what’s causing it in the first place.
